thank you for attending
Conference Overview
Trillium Health Partners’ Insight Health Solutions and Wounded Warriors Canada are excited to host the upcoming 2026 Atlantic Canada First Responders’ Mental Health Conference. Building on the tremendous success of the inaugural Atlantic Canda conference last year in Moncton, the conference will bring together representatives from across the Public Safety sector and will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about best practices related to research, training, clinical interventions, organizational supports, and individual and family based care.
This year’s conference will be in Charlottetown, PEI. Tuesday June 2 is a half-day workshop focused on building connections through formative, in-depth discussions on how to make research that matters in the operational worlds of healthcare providers working with Trauma Exposed Professionals (TExP) and their families (TExF). A social reception event will provide an opportunity for participants to connect and reconnect with colleagues from across the province. Wednesday June 3 will feature a full day conference agenda including plenary presentations, keynote addresses, and concurrent workshop options.
Who should attend?
This conference aims to bring together a diverse audience, including First Responders, leaders, and representatives from First Responder organizations, associations, and unions, healthcare professionals, disability case managers, rehabilitation providers, employers, researchers, peer support organizations, worker’s compensation, insurers, and all those dedicated to enhancing the mental health and well-being of First Responders and their families.
