Regular Rate
$279.00 + HST (available April 12 to May 23, 2025)

Rate on and after May 24, 2025
$299.00 + HST

Delegate Group Rate (5 or more registrants from one organization)
$199.00 + HST per person

Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $30.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email on or before May 23, 2025. Please email acfrmh@thp.ca. No refunds are offered after May 23, 2025.

All registration fees are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD).

The registration fee includes attendance to both the plenary and workshop sessions, including the early evening reception, as well as meals as indicated on the agenda.
